Refund policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
  
  

• Damaged product received
  
  

• Manufacturing defect
  
  

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the product.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
